| Mecklenburg County Schools Internet Safety Implementation Plan April 16, 2007 Accepted Use Policy Update Submitted to School Board as Information Item A statement has been added to the Computer Acceptable Use Policy that states that Internet Safety will be taught in MCPS. May 21, 2007 Accepted Use Policy Update on School Board agenda as Action Item School Board is scheduled to vote on updated Acceptable Use Policy. May - June 2007 Development of Internet Safety Curriculum. MCPS Technology Resource Teachers and SVRTC will develop Internet Safety Curriculum for K-12 grades. 2007-2008 School Year MCPS will implement internet safety curriculum in grades in grades K-12.
